Alderson-Broaddus is a new team which will be playing its first season of football in 2012. I have not yet received any information about a helmet design for this team.

Oklahoma Panhandle State had a new helmet design in 2011 (shown above).

McMurry's 1962 football helmets featured a strange symbol that I cannot identify from the clearest available photographs (below). What is it? Does anyone have a clearer photograph?

In the mid-1980s McMurry used several different helmet designs which I am presently unable to add to the web site; below are photographs of several of these:

In 1982, 1983, and 1987 the team used an "arrowhead" logo containing a small version of the "McM" logo that was used on some of the other helmet designs. The color of both the arrowhead and the facemask are unknown to me at present, but both were probably white or gray;

The 1984 helmet featured the team name "INDIANS" in letters of some unknown color (probably white);

In 1985 a rather intricate "Indian head" logo was used which appears to have contained some unusual colors for McMurry (blue or gray, and black). The facemasks were also apparently black in 1985;

In 1986 another "Indian head" was used; this one with the team name in arched letters above the logo.

I would greatly appreciate better photographs of any of these helmets or additional information, particularly from former team members, equipment managers, etc.

In 2007 and 2008 McMurry used the helmet design shown in the photograph below. The helmets were maroon with a new logo, a large "M" with the school name across it. I would appreciate a copy of the helmet logo for this one, which would enable me to add this historical helmet to the web site.

In 2005, OPSU used red helmets with the letters "OPSU" in white on the sides; I will need a copy of the helmet logo in order to draw this helmet and add it to the web site. Below is a photo of the 2005 OPSU helmet - the 2006 helmet was apparently similar, but lacked the white stripe (at least during the game vs. Pittsburg State).
