Running Back / Defense

Todd Gurley and at least three other qualified running backs keep the Georgia offense grounded (in a good way). Look for the Dawgs to call upon the running game at a higher rate then compared to the one fans saw with Aaron Murray behind center. Defensively across the entire board this entire side of the ball appears stacked. Only one full-time starter departs. On top of that, most of the depth chart is comprised of juniors and seniors. Defense is going to keep Georgia in the hunt.

Quarterback / Offensive Line / Injury Bug

Life without four-year starter Aaron Murray at quarterback has begun. Former Georgia Gatorade High School Player of The Year Hutson Mason finally gets his chance to show he can handle this job after waiting patiently behind Murray all these years. Can he hold off some talented back ups in the spring? The offensive line has been fairly depleted. Before the running game can be showcased, coaches have some construction work to do this off-season with the blocking unit. Athens will be relieved if the injury bug that ravished this team through the 2013 season can be thwarted.
