Offensive Line / Defensive Front

OU has put together a long line of heralded offensive linemen over Coach Stoops watch and next season should be no different. Granted this unit will need to find another center to replace All-American Gabe Ikard, but there is plenty of talent and experience to go around. The entire defensive front seven will be returning. If games are won and lost up front Oklahoma is in fine shape.

Quarterback / Running Back / Receiver

Will it be Blake Bell or Trevor Knight taking snaps and are either of them capable of getting this team to where it wants to be? If the Sugar Bowl was any indication, Knight is the man to put this team back in the National Championship discussions. The top three running backs are history. Locating a ball carrier has never seemed to be much of a problem in Norman but this is an area to certainly keep an eye on this spring to see who emerges as a go to back. The receivers are also thin on experience. If the offensive line can do its part there may not be much of a need for concern at the skill positions. However, there certainly are a good bit of unanswered questions.
