Offensive Line

Granted beast of an offensive tackle Jake Matthews moves on, but the other four starters on this offensive line form a nucleus to be better in 2014. Senior guard Jarvis Harrison is the next great Aggie offensive lineman that will shoot up the NFL Mock Draft Boards as the season rolls on.

Quarterback / Defense

OK, Johnny Football is no more in College Station. Three players will do battle this off-season and through the summer to gain the replacement nod from Coach Sumlin. Will it be Hill, Joeckel or incoming five-star QB Kyle Allen (who will enroll early)? Obviously, Texas A&M was not able to overcome their defensive ineptitude over the course of 2013 despite how many points the offense could muster. With ten starters returning and a wealth of back ups who saw plenty of action there are much bigger hopes in Aggieland. Don't look for miracles from this bunch but it's certainly fair to anticipate a much better defensive product.
