- 2023: A-A-C; C-C-?; C-?-C; A-A-C; C-A-A (the last five games being NCAA Division III playoff games vs Belhaven, vs Trinity (TX), at UW-La Crosse, at Wartburg, and vs Cortland in the national championship game at Salem, VA); no information for October 14 (at Millikin) and October 28 (at North Park)
- 2022: A-C-A; C-A-C; C-A-A; A-A-C; A-C-A (the last five games being NCAA Division III playoff games vs Lake Forest, vs Carnegie Mellon, vs Ithaca, vs Mary Hardin-Baylor, and vs Mount Union in the national championship game at Annapolis, MD)
- 2021: A (entire season)
- 2019: A-A-A; A-C-A; A-C-C; C-A-A; A-A-A (the last five games being NCAA Division III playoff games vs Wabash, at Mount Union, vs Delaware Valley, at Muhlenberg, and vs Wisconsin-Whitewater in the national championship game at Shenandoah, TX)
