Both of these helmet designs are probably blue in color but no color photographs have yet been located for either of them. The "EOSC" on the earliest design is probably yellow or gold, but may be white instead. The logo on the second helmet appears to have more than one color.

In 2001 Montana Western used red helmets with a logo consisting of a white cartoon bulldog, which was very similar to the one used by Samford University at one time (the Samford helmet is shown on the Southern Conference page at this site). I would appreciate a CLEAR photograph of Montana-Western's 2001 helmet.

The game was originally listed by VCSU as a forfeit victory over Finlandia, but as of March 2023 is designated as a tie at VCSU's website. The game is not listed on Finlandia's schedule for 2017).
• 2016: B-B-B; C-C-A; A-A-A; D
• 2015: A (entire season)

The first helmet design shown above had apparently been in use since at least the late 1990s. I have not received any information about earlier VCSU helmets.
