The 1991-1992 Indianapolis helmet has been described as featuring a logo depicting a "rat-like dog with a tarp on its back".
*1 The school's name was Indiana Central University until 1986 (hence the "IC" logo on this helmet).

McKendree did not have a football team from 1951 through 1995. The team was restored in 1996 and used plain gold helmets with purple facemasks each year through 2012.

Prior to January 1, 2008 the name of this school was University of Missouri-Rolla. UMR had some interesting helmet designs in the early 1970s for which I have only partial information. In 1970, the team used gold (or perhaps silver) helmets with a logo which I have been unable to identify (see photographs from the university's 1971 yearbook below); the logo appears to consist of two white circles within which are some unrecognizable design.
In 1971 and 1972 UMR used gold or silver helmets with a cartoon miner logo (apparently similar to or identical to the one still used by Missouri S&T today); strangely, on most helmets a "sword" logo was present beneath the miner (see photos below). From 1973 through 1976 UMR apparently used plain gold or silver helmets without any logos or stripes.

During recent years Quincy has used the following sequences of helmet designs:
- 2021: I (entire season(?))
- 2020: H (entire season)
- 2019: G (entire season(?))
- 2018: D-D-D; ?-?-E; E-E-E; F-F (no information for September 22 vs Davenport and September 29 vs MdKendree)
- 2017: A-A-B; B-B-C; C-C-?; ?-C (no information for October 28 vs Truman State and November 4 at McKendree)
The first Quincy football team played in 1986; the above helmet designs are all of the ones used by the team, to the best of my knowledge.
*1 Uniform numerals are present on the left side only of this design; a logo is worn on the right side (as represented below).

In 2016 Truman State used at least five different helmet designs in the following order: D-E-D(?); D-D-F; F-G-H; D-D (September 17 at Missouri S&T is unknown, but probably 'D').
In 2015 TSU used: A-A-?; A-?-B; A(?)-A-?; A-C (no information for September 19 vs Missouri S&T, October 3 at Indianapolis, and October 31 at Quincy).
Truman State University was known as Northeast Missouri State University prior to July 1, 1996; hence the "NE" logoS on some of the earlier designs shown above. The earliest "NE" logo was used at least as early as 1980. In 1978, the team used white helmet shells with a purple-yellow-purple sequence of stripes; I do not know if any decals were worn on the sides of this design.
*1 The logo is present on the left side only of this design; the right side features silver uniform numerals (as depicted below).
*2 The logo is present on the left side only of this design; the right side features white uniform numerals (as depicted below).

*4 The logo is present on the left side only of these designs; the right side features white uniform numerals (as depicted below).
*5 The logo is present on the left side only of this design; the right side features pink uniform numerals (as depicted below).
