Savannah State has another new helmet design for the 2012 season (shown above).
Delaware State was using a new helmet logo for the 2010 season - the word "Delaware" has been added above the larger "State" (photo below). I will need a copy of the new logo in order to add this helmet to the web site (on the helmet logo the "D" is upper-case and the other letters are lower-case). This design apparently remains in use in 2012.

I have never received any information about helmet designs used by this team during the 1960s and 1970s. The second design shown above was apparently used throughout the period 1982 - 2004.

During the mid-1990s, NCCU was using silver helmets with maroon faceguards and the team name "Eagles" on the sides of the helmets, in cursive, maroon letters.
In 2002, NCCU was using a silver and/or white "flying eagle" decal, as shown in the photograph below. I would appreciate a copy of this logo so that I may add this helmet to the web site.

I received a report in 2005 of a possible change for this team since the 2004 season; specifically it was suggested that the middle stripe on the helmets may have been made a darker color. I would appreciate some clear photographs from 2004 or earlier to compare with ones from the 2005 season.
