When this team's current helmet design was first reported to me prior to the 2009 season I was told that the design would include a 1" wide gray stripe, but all of the clear photographs that I have seen from both the 2009 and 2010 seasons appear to show that no gray stripe is present. Did the team ever use the alleged gray stripes?

For the 2006 season (or perhaps earlier), this team used a "CMS" logo on the sides of its helmets, as may be seen in the photograph below - I would appreciate a copy of this logo, which was apparently still in use in 2007 (and may have been used during some games from 2008 through 2010?).

This team appears to make helmet design changes very frequently, so one might speculate that there exists a large number of historical helmet designs for the team for the years prior to 1997. I have not, however, received any information about any such earlier designs.
