ELIGIBILITY: The NationalChamps.net 2003 College Football Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, eighteen (18) years of age or older on January 1, 2003 or if the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years in the jurisdiction where you live, you must be at least the age of majority on the date of entry. SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules (the "2003 College Football Sweepstakes"). The following persons are excluded from participation in this Sweepstakes: employees of NationalChamps.net, and immediate family members of NationalChamps.net employees and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, assigns, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, accountants, and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:00 A.M. June 6, 2003 and ends at 11:59:00 A.M. ET on August 23, 2003 ("Sweepstakes Period"). All On-line Entries must be received by 11:59:00 A.M. ET on August 23, 2003. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES WITHOUT NOTICE, AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON. SPONSOR ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND THESE RULES AT ANY TIME PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS PER ENTRY. Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner of, or have authorized use of, the email account indicated by the entrant's email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Only one prize will be awarded per email address, individual, family, or household. Prizes must be redeemed within ten (10) days of notification. If winner does not redeem a prize within ten (10) days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified by email or U.S. Mail. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION: Prize winner(s) will be determined on the basis of a random drawing. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 23, 2003. All winner selection procedures shall be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes.

NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via email, U.S. mail and/or telephone. If an email address is not provided, winner will be contacted via U.S. mail and/or telephone and/or by overnight courier. The winner must respond to said notification with 5 business days of date of notification, or the prize will be forfeited. The name of the final Prize winner will be announced on the NationalChamps.net website after August 30 and before September 21, 2003. Limit one prize per household, per email address or per person per three hundred sixty five (365) day period. Prizes are nontransferable. No prize substitutions allowed. Seat Locations and the actual delivery of tickets for the grand prize will not be made available until mid-December.

GENERAL: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these $5000 Sweepstakes Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these official rules; (2) that the decisions of NationalChamps.net are in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes; and (3) to release and hold harmless NationalChamps.net, its subsidiaries, representatives, sponsor, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and consultants from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from their participation or their acceptance and use of any prize.

NationalChamps.net is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes. NationalChamps.net assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
